Dixie Belle Mud Black is a great, flexible furniture flipping product that you should always have since it can be used for repairs and adding embellishments and special effects of a furniture piece. It offers an awesome alternative to the typical and expensive wood fillers. It is perfect for filling gouges, scrapes, and veneers. You can even use it to fill holes on a furniture piece.

Dixie Belle Mud can also be applied over stencils if you want to make raised stenciled embellishments on a project. This is also a great product to use for adding texture to a furniture piece or project. Lastly, this product can also be used for repairing chips, cracks, and other damage.

Dixie Belle Mud Black is water-based and is virtually odorless. It has a creamy texture, easy to use and fast hardening. To apply this furniture repair and embossing product, you will need to use a spatula or a putty knife. Typically, it will take about 1-3 hours to dry depending on the depth of space you are filling. Nevertheless, you can lay your project in the sun to hasten the drying process. Once dry, this can be sanded and you can also paint over it with Dixie Belle Paint.

How To Use:

Using the Dixie Belle Mud Spatula or a putty knife, apply the mud higher than the level required.
Give it plenty of time to dry. Commonly it takes about 1-3 hours. You can speed up the drying process if you lay it in the sun, Using a sandpaper, sand smooth the mud when it’s completely dry.
Run your hand through area to check if there is still a dip.
If you found a dip, reapply the mud and allow to dry.
